So many of us who claim to eat 'healthy' still eat whole grain pastas, organic chips, packaged juices, 'alternative' ice cream and 'healthy' not-butter but how is this healthy when we know they are still altered beyond their whole form, powdered, processed and not fresh?

Now, I'm all for moderation but this information has me rethinking the frequency of my indulgences. When I return to eating from this Juice Cleanse, I will try the 5 day plan. If I indulge in something, I shall not repeat it within the following five days.
