Dr. Masaru Emoto is an internationally renowned researcher and author on water, consciousness and intent. He has written several books on The Power of Water and The Hidden Messages In Water, which demonstrate the power intent has over the molecular structure of water. Seeing as our bodies are between 65-70% water (male-female), we can control the structure of much our body with the power of thoughts, intentions and words. Dr. Emoto also shows the structural changes that occur from rural to urban water supplies as well as the damaging effects of microwaving. These books are part of the recommended reading section of Resources at www.StephanieAustin.com
This image was posted by Chemlin Production stating "a Science fair project presented by a girl in a secondary school in Sussex . In it she took filtered water and divided it into two parts. The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave. Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave. She was thinking that the structure or energy of the water may be compromised by microwave. As it turned out, even she was amazed at the difference, after the experiment which was repeated by her class mates a number of times and had the same result.
It has been known for some years that the problem with microwaved anything is not the radiation people used to worry about, it's how it corrupts the DNA in the food so the body can not recognize it.
Microwaves don't work different ways on different substances. Whatever you put into the microwave suffers the same destructive process. Microwaves agitate the molecules to move faster and faster. This movement causes friction which denatures the original make-up of the substance. It results in destroyed vitamins, minerals, proteins and generates the new stuff called radiolytic compounds, things that are not found in nature.
So the body wraps it in fat cells to protect itself from the dead food or it eliminates it fast. Think of all the Mothers heating up milk in these 'Safe' appliances. What about the nurse in Canada that warmed up blood for a transfusion patient and accidentally killed him when the blood went in dead. But the makers say it's safe. But proof is in the pictures of living plants dying!!!"

If there is one step you take to 1) avoid the return of cancer or 2) help to prevent growth of cancer, it would be to stop eating/drinking dairy. The protein in milk is proven 100% in all trials to initiate as well as reactivate cancer cells. In trials, rats were given the most toxic of carcinogens then fed either 5% protein or 20% protein. Regardless how much carcinogen administered, cancer grew when the rats were fed 20% animal protein from cow's milk and the progression stopped once they reduced the protein intake to 5%. So, even under high exposure to the aflatoxin, rats fed 5% protein had no activation of cancer cells and once fed the amount of protein commonly ingested in the Standard American Diet, cancer cells were reactivated. Read about this in The China Study.
Sounds backwards but it's precisely what you need to do if you desire more energy: EXERCISE! Don't be afraid of the word 'exercise' because all this means is 'movement'. Get to moving in whatever way inspires you. Move in the ways that make you happy; whether that be hiking, dancing, gardening, playing with your grand-kids or walking. Get to moving so you can stay moving. A year from now, you will wish you had started today.
What is so surprising about exercise is how much we resist it even though we realize how much we love it when we get into it. I recall how great I felt and how fit I was while working out a lot, but without proper motivation and in allowing excuses to speak loudly and convincingly, I started doing it less and less. Now that I'm getting back into the routine of yoga, I love it.
One of those loud excuses is from the inflammatory connective tissue disease I have called Dermatomyositis which gives me sloppy, inflamed joints and muscles (plus red skin). Plus, I was thrown from a horse and broke my back in several locations in 2004. The way I fell was onto my right side curled up in a ball with my arm wrapped up and around my back. Unfortunately, I healed with my shoulder and hip over-stretched so the don't hold in their socket very well. It will go out at all four points of connection and swell.
So during the initial stages of re-introducing yoga, my shoulder and hips will ache, give-out in poses, swell and hurt significantly. Amazingly, after maybe 3 months of enduring this, it INSTANTLY gets better and stays in place as long as I do yoga routinely.
I choose to go through this journey because the more I move while I'm in my 30s the longer I'll be capable of movement. The energy level I have in my 30s by exercising as I do will sustain me when I'm a senior. I choose to move now because I want the freedom to decide to hike a mountain, run on the beach, stand on my head or climb a tree. I'd rather be capable to do so if I desire rather than desire to do so but be incapable.
This blog is on the many avenues that interest Coach Stephanie. Subjects are a vast array of hobbies, career, desires, coaching and lifestyle.
"I am here for support, guidance, education and as an example of what works for ME. What works for me may work for you or at least provide you with a starting point from which to explore. I am discovering what works for me at every moment. I don’t have it all figured out, but I do feel I have a teaching and healing nature with which I am here to share. In this blog, I offer you a view into my practice of being that which makes my experience - MINE."
Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, Stephanie Austin, was guided into holistic living in 2002 when she was diagnosed with Dermatomyositis, an uncommon autoimmune disease affecting the skin and muscle.
Opting for education rather than medication, Austin enrolled in a Holistic Health Practitioner program in 2004 after realizing she'd been gifted with disease so that she may learn to heal herself and later teach others to do the same.
Since her education, Austin has released over 60 pounds and conquered years of junk food addiction through holistic healing and nutrition techniques that she now passes onto others through her business, Wellness by Mother Nature.
Austin has been the Director of Education and Board Member for the nonprofit organization, The Wellness Kitchen. She is the recipient of the 2015 Outstanding Graduate Award from www.ACHS.edu.
Austin is an author, coach and speaker who empowers people on the healing value of nutrition and the innate self-healing abilities of a body in balance.
She has helped hundreds of people achieve balance through methods such as meditation, herbs, movement, supplements, aromatherapy, homeopathy, nutrition, mind-body connection, energy healing and by closely listening to the needs of her clients.
It is awareness that brings change, not your effort. Why does it happen through awareness? - because the awareness changes you. And when you are different, the world is different. It is not a question of creating a different world, it is only a question of creating a different you. You are your world; so if you change, the world changes.
