This seems to be the consensus from those who re-enroll in the program - they discover things they never saw the first time or they are ready to implement a new idea or lesson that felt overwhelming the first time around.
The first time around, the idea of eating gluten-free, low-glycemic foods with zero food-like products was daunting enough for some.
